The display screen adopts a high-resolution TFT display, with clear data display and more comprehensive functions.
Rotational viscometer features high measurement sensitivity, reliable test results, easy operation, and an elegant appearance. It is a precision instrument used to measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids and the apparent relative viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. It can be widely used in products such as oils, paints, plastics, pharmaceuticals, food, coatings, adhesives, glue testers, resins, and chemical raw materials.


Torque Description:
LVT series: suitable for low viscosity materials, can measure the thinnest materials. Typical examples include: ink, oil and solvents.  
RVT series: suitable for medium viscosity materials that have higher viscosity than those measured with the LV torque. Typical examples include: cheese, food and paint.
HAT series: suitable for higher viscosity materials that have higher viscosity than those measured with the RV torque. Typical examples include: gelling agents, chocolate and epoxy resin. (Not currently available)
HBT series: suitable for even higher viscosity materials that have higher viscosity than those measured with the HA torque. Typical examples include: asphalt, joint compounds, and molasses.

本仪器具有测量灵敏度高,测试结果可靠,使用操作方便,造型美观大方等特点,是用来测量牛顿型液体的绝对粘度和非牛顿型液体的表观相对粘度的精密仪器,可广泛应用于油脂、油漆、塑料、药物、食品、涂料、胶水、胶粘计、树脂、化工原料等产品。
本仪器为数显粘度计,由电机经变速带动转子作恒速旋转,当转子在液体中旋转时,液体会产生作用在转子上的粘度力矩,液体的粘度越大,该粘性力矩也越大;反之,液体的粘度越小,该粘性力矩也越小。该作用在转子上的粘性力矩由传感器检测出来,经计算机处理后得出被测液体的粘度。 标配有6种转子(R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7号)和两种变速模式,分别为无极变速和定级变速。定级变速拥有10档转速(0.5、1、2、2.5、4、5、10、20、50、100转分),由此组成的60种组合,可以测量出测定范围内的各种液体的粘度值。同时带有温度测量装置,在显示屏上直接显示温度,可以观察到温度的变化带来的粘度变化值。
剪切力与剪切率只有在选配0#转子和小量样品适配器时方可显示。
